What it is...

There is so much that we know, and way more that we don't know, about how to keep ourselves healthy and well throughout our lifetime. This assignment is designed to help us expand our awareness of fun things related to mind/body/spirit wellness.

On the day that you are assigned, you will share with the class one cool fact, idea, bio-hack, tip or concept that will add value to our mind/body/spirit. 

You will present your CWFOTD at the very beginning of the class session on the day you're assigned. 

When you present your CWFOTD, you will share with the class this wonderful idea and why you think it's relevant to this class, and the reference where you found the CWFOTD.

Try to find something that really lives for you, or at least you find it enormously interesting, and you think the other members of the class would benefit by knowing it too. 

This should only take 1 or 2 minutes, at the most, to share your CWFOTD.
